This Privacy Policy applies to SJ Bradberry LLC and all brands, programs, and digital properties it operates, including FlowWell Yoga + Wellness, the Black Folx Wellness Collective (BFWC), the FlowWell website (flowwellyoga.com), the FlowWell email newsletter, the FlowWell App (when launched), and any associated social media accounts and online forms.

SJ Bradberry LLC, doing business as FlowWell Yoga + Wellness, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you interact with any of our services, platforms, or communications.

SJ Bradberry LLC is the legal entity that operates the following properties and programs:

  • FlowWell Yoga + Wellness — in-studio yoga, Pilates, and movement classes; memberships; private sessions; workshops; and events at The Sanctuary, 650 Howard Road SE, Washington D.C.

  • FlowWell Digital — the FlowWell website (flowwellyoga.com), email newsletter, the FlowWell App (launching 2026), and any digital class offerings

  • Yoga for Justice Teacher Training — 200-Hour and 300-Hour teacher training programs operated by FlowWell

  • Yoga Beyond the Studio — pop-up and partner-location programming

  • Black Folx Wellness Collective (BFWC) — programming administered in coordination with SJ Bradberry LLC prior to BFWC receiving its independent 501(c)(3) designation. Once BFWC receives its designation, it will issue its own privacy policy. Until then, this Policy applies to all BFWC-related data collected through FlowWell channels.

  • Gusto or Rippling — payroll and HR management (staff data only)

  • Passes.com or similar — digital membership card issuance

  • Payment processors (Mindbody Payments, Stripe, or similar) — secure transaction processing

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person, protect our rights, or investigate fraud.

We will process your unsubscribe request within 10 business days. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you transactional communications related to your active membership, class bookings, or Teacher Training enrollment.

Our newsletter is managed through a third-party email service (currently Mailchimp or similar). This provider processes your email address and name solely for the purpose of delivering our communications. They do not have permission to use your data for their own marketing purposes. FlowWell serves an intergenerational community including participants as young as 12 years old in supervised programming. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verified parental consent.

For participants between the ages of 12 and 17:

  • A parent or guardian must sign the liability waiver and any enrollment agreements

  • Billing and account management must be handled by a parent or guardian

  • We do not send marketing emails directly to minors.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, please contact us at hello@flowwellyoga.com and we will promptly delete that information.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, or services (such as Mindbody, Google Maps, or partner organization websites). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Our social media accounts (@flowwellyoga on Instagram and TikTok) are subject to the privacy policies of those platforms. We do not control how those platforms collect or use your data.

13. Mindbody — Our Studio Management Platform

FlowWell uses Mindbody to manage class bookings, memberships, payments, and client records. When you create a Mindbody account or book a class through our website or the Mindbody app:

  • Your information is processed and stored by Mindbody, Inc. in accordance with their Privacy Policy (available at mindbodyonline.com/privacy-policy)

  • Mindbody is a data processor acting on our behalf — they may not use your data for their own independent marketing without your separate consent to Mindbody

  • Payment card information is encrypted and processed by Mindbody Payments — SJ Bradberry LLC does not store full payment card numbers

  • You may have a separate Mindbody account that you use across multiple studios — Mindbody's privacy practices govern data that lives in their system
